Sunderland are moving for Charlton Athletic midfielder Andy Reid.
The Sunday Sun says having repeatedly tried to land Reading's Stephen Hunt, the Black Cats are ready to turn to his fellow Irishman Reid as an alternative ahead of the close of the transfer window on Thursday night.
