Sunderland are moving for Zouma after seeing Ashley Williams pen new terms with Swansea City.
That means Sunderland will redouble their efforts to land France under-21 international Zouma, who cost Chelsea £12m when he arrived at Stamford Bridge from Saint-Etienne in January with Jose Mourinho swooping to sign a player talked up as a future France captain by national boss Didier Deschamps, says the Sunday Sun.
