Sunderland have agreed a £2.5million fee with Championship Brighton for winger Will Buckley, reports Sky Sports. The 24-year-old is also reportedly attracting attention of West Bromwich Albion.
Oldham-born Buckley began his career at Rochdale before signing for Watford in January 2010.
