Macedonia star Ilco Naumoski is wanted by Northeast rivals Middlesbrough and Sunderland.
The £2million-rated striker sank Croatia on Saturday, scoring one and setting up the other in their epic 2-0 Euro win.
Naumoski, 24, plays for SV Mattesburg in Austria but hopes to use his recent exploits as a springboard into the Premier League.
