Sunderland boss Steve Bruce is trying again for Wigan Athletic fullback Maynor Figueroa.
The Mirror says Bruce is making a new bid to sign Wigan left back Figueroa.
He was told the Honduras international was not for sale, but is trying to change his old club's mind and part with the defender for around £4million.
