Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill is eager to close a deal for Blackburn Rovers defender Scott Dann.
The Daily Mail says O'Neill has expressed an interest in Blackburn defender Dann who has a £6.5m release clause.
Southampton are also interested in the Scouser.
