Sunderland defender John Egan has been forced to end his loan at Bradford City due to serious injury.
Egan has returned to Sunderland after suffering a broken leg whilst on loan at Bradford City.
Egan will now be assessed by the SAFC medical team before embarking on a programme of rehabilitation.
