Sunderland are tracking two Hartlepool United players.

The Daily Star Sunday says defender Jack Baldwin and striker Luke James are being watched by Sunderland.

Sunderland and Hartlepool have developed a closer relationship in recent months thanks to Pools manager Colin Cooper.
