Sunderland are launching a bid for Blackburn Rovers midfielder Steven Nzonzi.

The Sunday Mirror says Rovers have put a £5m price tag on the midfielder after saying he doesn't want to play in the Championship.

Everton are also showing interest but may be scared off by the fee Blackburn are demanding.
