Birmingham City co-owner David Sullivan can't see Carsen Yeung gaining a presence on the club's board.
"I think the supporters would be horrified if Carson Yeung had a representative on the board of directors, given what has already taken place," said Sullivan, whose combined 47% shareholding with David Gold, Birmingham's co-owner, prevents Yeung from exercising any influence.
"But we have no choice but to hold a vote. I cannot speak on behalf of other shareholders, or indeed David Gold, but I shall be voting against it, without question."
