Galatasaray legend Hakan Sukur is excited to see Didier Drogba at his old club.

Chelsea icon Drogba lines up for new club Galatasaray against Schalke in the Champions League last 16 tonight.

Sukur, who also had a spell with Blackburn, said: "Drogba is a top player.

"If he and I were in the same team during my playing years, I don't think we could've played together. We have the same up-front style.

"But I believe both Drogba and Sneijder will make a great impact and bring Galatasaray success.

"Sneijder still needs time as he hasn't played for a while and is just regaining match fitness.

"But they're both really good transfers and hopefully Galatasaray will do great. I wish them the best of luck."
