Manchester United's swoop for AS Monaco striker Radamel Falcao has left Real Madrid's future transfer plans under a huge cloud.Cadena Cope reports Real president Florentino Perez and Falcao's agent Jorge Mendes had a furious falling out over the Colombian's move. Indeed, such is the ill-feeling, that Perez refuses to do future business with the super agent.
It's been suggested Cristiano Ronaldo's recent comments about Perez's decision to break up the squad has stemmed from the blow-up involving his agent, Mendes.
Mendes pushed hard to place Falcao at Real over the summer, but Perez refused to take his calls. It's claimed the Portuguese then attempted to drive a media campaign to convince Real to splash out on the Monaco man, but that also failed.
The developments left both men furious with eachother and when Perez moved for United striker Javier Hernandez last week, that was the final straw for Mendes.
Now the relationship is in tatters and there's big concerns that Ronaldo could become increasingly unsettled by the situation.
