Chelsea captain John Terry led from the front for this season's Premier League title winning campaign.

Terry has become only the second outfield player to have featured in every minute of a Premier League title-winning campaign.

Former England international Terry becomes the first ever Chelsea player to achieve the feat since the Premier League began in 1992.

His impressive feat means the 34-year-old joins Gary Pallister, who won the title with Manchester United in 1992/93, as the only other non-goalkeeper not to have missed a second in a Premier League championship-winning season.
