Stromsgodset striker Marcus Pedersen is interesting Liverpool.

New Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson has had his Norwegian contacts make a check on the highly-rated youngster.

Stromsgodset official Jostein Flo confirmed that there's interest in the player, but revealed that no bids have been tabled for Pedersen's services.

"There are several clubs who have followed him for a long time. But we have not yet received any bids for him," said Flo.
