Stoke City are planning a £4 million bid for PSV Eindhoven fullback Erik Pieters.
Voetbal International says the 24-year-old, who has played 15 times for the Netherlands, is on Tony Pulis' radar.
Stoke will need to part with up to 5m to lure Pieters, who is open to moving to England.
