Former Fulham midfielder Steve Sidwell is looking forward to playing for Stoke City fans.
He made a handful of other visits before feeling the full force of Stoke's spectacular 4-1 win to condemn Fulham to relegation at the start of last month.
"The crowd at the Brit is massive," he said.
"They're passionate fans and that's what you want as a player, fans who will get behind you through thick and thin.
"The roar that comes out when Delilah's sung, that's brilliant and that's what I want to be a part of. There was a real wow factor when they beat us in May.
"It's a people's club, that's what it's based on throughout the years and now everyone's striving to take it to the next step.
"It was a fantastic achievement to finish in ninth and who knows what can be done next season."
