Stoke progress at expense of Arsenal

Sol Campbell's Arsenal debut ended in a 3-1 FA Cup Fourth Round defeat at Stoke City. A scrappy game looked to be heading for a replay until two late Stoke goals sent the Potters in to the Fifth Round.

Riccardo Fuller scored twice against a weakened Gunners side and whilst the visitor's equalised, Stoke deserved their victory.

The home side struck with just 68 seconds when Fuller nodded home from close range after the visitors failed to deal with Rory Delap's long throw-in.

Arsenal deservedly levelled just before half-time when Cesc Fabregas rolled a free-kick to Denilson who lashed home from the edge of the penalty area.

But Fuller headed in Mamady Sidibe's cross on 78 minutes to make it 2-1 and Dean Whitehead slotted home a third with four minutes remaining to seal the win.
