Marko Arnautovic desperately needs Stoke City to start winning to rescue his own reputation.

Despite scoring his first goal in a 2-3 defeat against Manchester United, Arnautovic has not been able to help his new side to a win in the Premier League in seven attempts.

And the 24-year-old also failed to rack up a win in any of his 12 league appearances for Werder Bremen earlier in the year.
