According to reports, Championship Wolves are planning a late move for Stoke midfielder Glenn Whelan. The Potters are thought to be open to offers for the 28 year old following the arrival of Charlie Adam from Liverpool.
Whelan could find his first-team opportunities limited and the player is considering moving on in search of regular first-team action.
