Stoke City midfielder Steven Nzonzi is happy playing alongside Steve Sidwell.
The 25-year-old is trying to call on Sidwell's eight years in the top flight to take his own game up another level.
He told The Sentinel: "Steve has had to be patient, but he came in and was excellent against West Ham and again against Spurs. You see, there is a great mentality in the changing room.
"He may have been on the bench for some times but when he got a chance he was ready to play. He's a great player, but the squad is full of great players and that makes me feel really good.
"I will learn for sure from playing with Steve. There are so many parts to the game; the technique, the defensive part, that I keep trying to improve ... and definitely the shooting."
