Stoke City midfielder Giannelli Imbula is nearing a move to Lokomotiv Moscow.

The 27-year-old arrived from Porto for big money in 2016, but never managed to show the fans what he could do.

He has been on loan at Lecce in Serie A this season.

But it appears the Russian club are the ones who have the biggest interest in signing him permanently, per the Daily Mail.

It is possible he could move there in the coming days, as the Russian transfer window is open until this weekend.
