Stoke City goalkeeper Asmir Begovic hopes Jon Walters will stay.
The 31-year-old scored The Potters' first Premier League hat-trick in the 3-1 win over QPR last weekend.
"There's been loads of speculation that he might be on his way but that's all part of the game," Begovic said.
"Hopefully he stays and he is playing in the central role which he likes. We all certainly want him to stay.
"He is enjoying playing that central role up front and when he gets into the positions, he is putting the chances away."
