Stoke City defender Marc Muniesa enjoyed his first season in England.
The former Barcelona stopper was happy playing for manager Mark Hughes.
"It's the highest ranking in the history of Stoke (back in the top flight) and I've had a great experience. It was a great feeling to finish the season in the team," he said.
"The philosophy has changed and now we are playing an easier game.
"For five years Stoke have been playing the same way, with more long balls. Coach Hughes tried to change the style, more akin to Barça.
"The Premier League still asks a lot of you physically but we don't play long balls anymore."
