Stoke City defender Glen Johnson believes his ex-Liverpool teammate Philippe Coutinho can become a world-class player in the coming years.
The Brazilian scored the only goal of the game with a stunning strike in the 86th minute to clinch three points for the Reds who narrowly defeated the Potters 1-0 at the Britannia Stadium on Sunday.
"In the week building up to it I was telling them, he's the one," Johnson said.
"For me, he will be one of the best in the world.
"He's one of the nicest boys in the dressing room as well and he's the sort of player you need when you're in the last 10 minutes when your back is against the wall, he can produce pieces of magic like that."
