Stoke City defender Robert Huth says they suffered in their draw with Aston Villa due to the windy conditions.
He claims the strong winds at the Britannia made it difficult for both sides to play any kind of football.
"You cannot judge the ball properly in the air when it's like that and you could see the Villa players were unsure.
"It makes your life a bit more difficult as a defender, but I thought we competed better second half, maybe because the wind was behind us.
"They had to defend another 25 yards deeper and we were almost up on the halfway line." "I don't know if the fans could pick it up from where they were, but it was ridiculously windy out there and that put everybody on the back foot," said Huth.
