Stoke chief Rudge: Wilson needs long-term position

Stoke City football chief John Rudge admits they need to find a long-term position for Marc Wilson.

Rudge concedes there is always a danger that a player like Wilson, who joined from Portsmouth two years ago, could fall into the trap of being a jack of all trades, but master of none.

"I am not sure what will end up being his best position because he is so adaptable.

"But up to now is he has been a good signing for us," he told The Sentinel.
