Stoke City are eyeing Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon.
The Sentinel says the Potters were keen on recruiting Lennon in the summer, but despite Spurs being willing to do business, it is believed he was unsure about a move north.
Stoke instead signed Oussama Assaidi from Liverpool on a season-long loan on transfer deadline day.
Lennon has found first-team opportunities limited at White Hart Lane this season and reports suggest that manager Mauricio Pochettino is willing to let the England international leave in January.
