Stoke City chairman Peter Coates says their FA Cup thrashing at Blackburn Rovers was the worst moment of the season.
The Potters were thumped at Ewood Park 4-1.
"It was the biggest disappointment of the season for me," Coates told The Sentinel, "simply because it was an opportunity to reach the last eight.
"But I always felt it was a tough match and nobody is immune from these things. How did Chelsea lose from two goals in front against Bradford? It's part of sport and part of football.
"We've got important things still to play for, though, and we certainly want to finish as high as we can."
