Stoke City boss Mark Hughes is happy for Charlie Adam to try another wonder strike in future games.
The Stoke midfielder beat Chelsea keeper Thibaut Courtois from 65 yards at Stamford Bridge to land a Goal of the Season contender.
And boss Hughes said of the 29-year-old: "He'll always attempt those kinds of things because he has confidence in his ability. He has the belief and always cleanly strikes the ball.
"You always want that kind of player to express themselves."
