Stoke City have expressed interest in Antonio Cassano.
The Italy striker is a free agent after terminating his contract at Parma by mutual consent. Cassano had not been paid for six months.
The 32-year-old scored five times in 20 appearances this season and SportMediaSet says Stoke have made a tentative enquiry.
The most likely destination, however, remains Serie A.
