Stojkovic looking forward to successful ACL campaign with Nagoya Grampus

Dragan Stojkovic is looking forward to leading J-League team Nagoya Grampus into the upcoming Asian Champions League.

The Yugoslav legend is gearing up for the club's first foray into the greater Asian competition and it all kicks off on Tuesday night with their clash against South Korean club Ulsan Hyundai.

"This is our first time in this competition and it is great to be a part of it," said Stojkovic.

"As representatives of the J-League we are hoping to put in a great performance.

"Ulsan are a good team so we know that this is going to be a really tough game for us. Whatever happens we are going to give the fans a good game of football and play our usual good football.

"We have seen videos of Ulsan and were impressed by their Brazilian number seven (Almir) and their Korean number 11 (Yeom Ki-hoon). We will have to watch them closely."

Nagoya takes on Ulsan at the Tigers home ground, Big Brown, in South Korea's south-east on Tuesday March 10.
