Stockport County have secured a loan deal to bring Liverpool defender Jamie Smith back for the rest of the season.

Smith, who played a dozen games on loan for the Hatters between August and November, will be eligible to play from 2 January.

"I was made up with everything at County when I was here and I didn't want to leave. I'm made up to be back," he told Stockport's website.
