Stevenage snap up Canadian Haber

League OneStevenage have completed the signing of Canadian Marcus Haber from St Johnstone. The 23-year-old Canadian began his career with hometown club Vancouver Whitecaps in 2009 where his impressive form paved the way for a move to West Bromwich Albion in January 2010.

Haber's first-team opportunities were limited at The Hawthorns and he was loaned first to Exeter, then back to the Whitecaps before opting for a move north the Scottish Premier League.

Haber represented Canada in the 2008 Olympic Games and has three senior caps for his country.
