The state of the EnergyAustralia Stadium surface has heaped a whole lot of pressure on the scheduling of the Newcastle Jets v Melbourne Heart A-League match this weekend.
Already, Football Federation Australia has been forced to postpone the Jets' clash with North Queensland Fury which was originally scheduled for tonight and now the Week 12 fixture with the Heart is also in danger.
A motorcross event held at the venue on October 16 has put the surface in an unplayable condition which Fury chief Rabieh Krayem labeled as a 'disgrace'.
A decision on the Jets v Heart match is expected sometime today.
