St Mirren have denied reports that Ipswich Town have made a move for youngster Kenny McLean.
The highly-rated 21-year old midfielder was set to join the Tractor Boys this summer according to reports but Saints boss Danny Lennon has made it clear that the Scotland U21 international won't be going anywhere.
"Kenny has another year on his contract and he's going to be a big player for us next season as we try to move forward," Lennon told the Paisley Express.
"I spoke to the Ipswich manager, Mick McCarthy, on the phone recently and he never mentioned Kenny once."
