Atletico Madrid have told Tottenham it will take £30 million to prise Diego Forlan away from the Vicente Calderon.

The Daily Star says former United striker Forlan is one of his main targets, but Ramos won't splash out more than £16m on the 29-year-old Uruguayan, about half of the expected Berbatov fee. But Atletico want almost double that for a player they are desperate to keep.
