Tottenham are planning a fresh January move for Southampton pair Jay Rodriguez and Morgan Schneiderlin.
The Mirror says Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino hopes that a return to former club Southampton to bring in Schneiderlin and Rodriguez will help speed up a turnaround in Spurs' fortunes.
Pochettino will be handed a £20m budget in January, but will look to boost that by selling Emmanuel Adebayor, Jan Vertonghen, Aaron Lennon and Mousa Dembele.
Indeed, it is suggested that Franco Baldini is actively seeking buyers for the four players in the coming transfer window.
