Premiership scouts will be posted at Preston North End's FA Cup tie with Chelsea.

Preston goalkeeper Andy Lonergan is tipped for a busy afternoon and he has a great chance to put himself in the shop window.

Tottenham, Stoke City and Blackburn Rovers are among top-flight clubs to have been linked with Lonergan this season.

Preston striker Jon Parkin said: "I think he knows he could be having a busy day so he will be expecting that.

"But Andy is comfortably one of the best keepers I have worked with. Hopefully he won't have much to do but I am sure he will do himself proud."
