Tottenham fullback Kyle Walker says the players have welcomed manager Mauricio Pochettino's strict training methods.
With a possible nine games this month, strong minds are not all Tottenham will need if they are to keep their heads above water.
"We weren't used to the double sessions," admits Walker to the London Evening Standard. "Under previous managers we'd train in the mornings and afternoon work was optional but now it's compulsory.
"It's paying off, though, and there's no reason why we can't qualify for the Champions League this season."
