Tottenham boss Juande Ramos is ready to make a swap offer to Rangers for fullback Alan Hutton.

The right-back snubbed a move to north London after the two clubs had agreed a £8m fee for the 23-year-old.

Now the Daily Mail says Rangers have not received any other approaches in the January transfer window and Ramos is ready to make a fresh move.

He could offer Pascal Chimbonda in a player plus cash deal with the Frenchman keen to leave White Hart Lane after falling out of favour.
