French veteran Hugo Lloris has criticised Emiliano Martinez for his actions during and after the World Cup final.
Tottenham captain Lloris was on the losing side with France, as he was unable to save any Argentina penalties during the shoot out after a 3-3 draw.
However, Aston Villa keeper Martinez was the hero for his nation, saving penalties and giving his side the trophy.
“There are some things I can't do," Lloris told L'Equipe.
“Making a fool of myself in goal, rattling my opponent and crossing the line… I just can't do that.
“I'm too rational and honest a man to go that way.
“I don't know how to win like that, although I didn't really want to lose like that either.“
