Tottenham hero David Ginola believes Gareth Bale can become the world's best player.
But the Frenchman says Bale needs the right stage to prove his best.
"Already I rank him as one the best players in the world. He makes the difference all the time," Ginola told the Daily Star. "He has got the key to unlock any situation.
"There are not many players who can do that - Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are the only others.
"It is very rare in a player of his age to be able to do such things. He is amazing. He can do anything with the ball and he is not even started yet.
"It is the beginning of a long process that can hopefully take him to the top of the world.
"It is too early for that yet, though. He doesn't play for Barcelona. He doesn't play for the teams that fight for the Champions League trophy.
"He's still in the process of becoming that. You never saw the greatest player playing in an average team."
