Spurs chairman Levy seeks Luis Enrique meeting amid Chelsea interest

Another Premier League club is hoping to hijack Chelsea's attempts to appoint Luis Enrique as their manager.

The Blues are hot on the coattails of the Spanish coach, who enjoyed huge success when he was in charge at Barcelona a few years ago.

Per The Telegraph, Enrique and other coaches have conducted meetings with Chelsea's sporting directors.

However, Tottenham are now set to get involved in the race, as they want to hire Enrique.

Tottenham chief Daniel Levy will also hold discussions with the Spaniard about taking on their head coaching job from the start of next season.

Enrique wants to coach in the Premier League, but would likely prefer the Chelsea job.
