Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp left David Bentley and Roman Pavlyuchenko out of his squad for yesterday's defeat to Wolves.
Bentley had a row with his manager in the week for not giving enough effort in a practice match, while Pavlyuchenko wants a move away from White Hart Lane.
"They're fit," Redknapp said. "I left them off the bench. There was no incident, he just played in a practice match and didn't deserve to be on the bench today, nor did Pavlyuchenko.
"Other players have worked hard all week to get in the team, put in 110 per cent, I have to send a message out to them as well sometimes."
