Tottenham are set to push through a move for Almeria striker Alvaro Negredo.

Negredo has admitted he wants to play in England, though believes he isn't ready after just one full season of Primera Liga football under his belt.

But that won't put off Spurs boss Juande Ramos, who is eager to land Negredo before his transfer price skyrockets.
