Sporting CP manager Ruben Amorim has stated that his club have no reason to sell Pedro Porro or Marcus Edwards.
The duo are being linked to Premier League clubs, in particular Tottenham.
Edwards has been outstanding since leaving Spurs for Sporting in 2019.
Meanwhile, the London Evening Standard claims that Porro is a recent target for Spurs as well, as Conte admires him as a wing-back option.
Speaking to Record, Amorim said: “We are not as attractive a league as others and we cannot pay the same wages.
“This is a problem, even in relation to Portuguese clubs we have this difficulty.
“As was said, they only leave for the clause.
“We are ready. We know the amount of attacks that go through Porro and Edwards, nobody is blind here. But the market is what it is."
