Sporting CP winger Nani says Chelsea are worthy Premier League champions.

Nani has starred for Sporting this season on-loan from Manchester United.

He stated: "I think Chelsea was a fair champion for the collective work and the work that Jose Mourinho performed.

"His teams are always very well prepared.

"He showed that Chelsea deserved to win."
