Lucas Piazon was integral to Reading's fourth-straight Championship win on the weekend.
The Brazilian forward, who is on loan from Chelsea, starred for the Royals as they edged Charlton Athletic 1-0 at the Madejski Stadium to move up to third place on the tier two table.
Piazon has been in fine form of late and added to his goal in a recent 2-1 win at Burnley by providing the assist for Nick Blackman's match-winner.
In the 76th minute, 21-year-old Piazon danced down the left flank before putting in a pinpoint pass for Blackman to head home for his eighth league goal of the season, before the talented youngster was replaced by Alex in the 87th minute.
Throughout the contest, the former Eintracht Frankfurt and Vitesse Arnhem loanee made life difficult for the Charlton defence with plenty of clever lay-offs and a couple of efforts on goal, before producing a lovely ball for the competition's leading scorer to find a winner.
