Roman Pavlyuchenko is closer to finding a new club.
The Sunday Mirror says Spartak Moscow and Galatasaray have emerged as the strong favourites to clinch the £15million signature of Tottenham striker Pavlyuchenko.
The 28-year-old Russian international, who cost Spurs £14m from Spartak in 2008, is desperate to go after falling way down the pecking order behind Robbie Keane and Jermain Defoe.
Pavlyuchenko's agent Oleg Artemov said: "We continue to negotiate with any potential buyers."
