Spartak Moscow chief Yevgeny Melezhikov says they're still chasing West Ham for an outstanding payment from Alex Kral's loan fee.

Kral spent last season on-loan with the Irons, with Spartak taking a case to FIFA over the non-payment of part of his loan fee.

Melezhikov told TASS: “What about the case in the FIFA court on Kral?

"So far they have requested additional materials. We respond to these materials. I think that ten days - there will be a decision, while it is not there.

"Hopefully in the second half of November. But it does not depend on us, but on them."

Kral is this season on-loan with Schalke.
